Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to love your Salmonfest merch! If something isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

• Sale items and LAST CALL items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to start a return or exchange:
Email us at info@salmonfestalaska.org with your order number and a brief note about what you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll reply with next steps and a return address.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Exchanges ship out once the returned item is received.
